The EditComm Trigonometry Calculator is designed to enable you to throw those scraps of paper with right angled triangles and longhand calculations in the waste paper bin.
Rotate the triangle to the orientation you imagine on your component and enter just two known variables then click on Calculate.
This gives you all the sides and angles of the triangle (as above).
If you now click on Plot Triangle and then enter a known ABS point and it's X and Z co-ordinates for turning or X and Y co-ordinates for milling , clicking on Plot will draw the triangle to scale.
Snapping to the required point and clicking the mouse will copy the X and Z points to the clipboard ready to be pasted directly into EditComm.
Now find that waste paper bin.
